Semama 35+3

ESP - Estas fotos son de la semana pasada...hacía un día muy bueno y decidimos aprovechar, ya que pensamos que Alejandro se va a adelantar un poquito y cualquier foto puede ser la última estando embarazada. Daniela, mientras tanto se dedicaba a perseguir a los "píos" y aunque no estaba muy arreglada para las fotos, no puedo evitar ponerlas, pues su alegría es mi felicidad...y eso que en la última está un poco enfadada.

Mommy & us

ESP - Daniela y yo no solemos vestirnos iguales, aunque sí intento que llevemos el mismo estilo. Pero cuando ví este vestido en una tiendecita cerca de mi trabajo, supe que haríamos una sesión de fotos conjuntados con su vestido de H&M del año pasado (si es que no ha crecido casi nada mi niña y todo le vale).

Quería ir a un parque y aprovechar los días soleados que estaban haciendo...pero esta semana el clima nos traicionó y estando malitas no podíamos ir tan frescas por ahí...así que nos acercamos al estudio para tener algunas fotos de recuerdo con mi princesa y la barriguita. Estas son de la semana 34, que las cumplo hoy.

Gracias Daniela por ser una compañera ideal para las fotos, por tu simpatía y todos esos besos. Eres la niña más cariñosa que he conocido, y me siento muy orgullosa de ser tu mamá.

Estoy segura que a Alejandro no le faltarán mimos de su hermanita ;)

ENG - Daniela and I don't normally wear the same outfit, but I try to dress us both in a similar fashion. But when I saw this sailor dress in a little shop next to my work place, I just knew it was meant to be for a studio photoshoot matching Daniela's H&M dress from last summer (she didn't grow a lot this past year, so almost all her clothes still fit).

I wanted to have them done in a park, enjoying the warm and summy days from the last weeks, but this week the weather changed dramatically and because we are a bit sick with a cold, couldn't go outside in such summer dresses. So we headed to the studio and snapped a few shots. Good memories with my princess and belly. These belong to week 34.

Thanks Daniela for being the ideal partner for a photoshoot, for your character and all those kisses. You're the most loving girl I've ever met and I'm very proud to be your Mommy. I'm sure Alejandro will love all your big sister love ;)

Alejandro 28 weeks

ESP - Ayer nos hicimos una eco 4D de Alejandro en la semana 28, al igual que con  Daniela. He de decir que es notable la diferencia entre chico y chica. Las facciones de los niños no son tan suaves como las niñas, al menos en este caso así lo parece. Aunque la mayoría del tiempo tenía las manos en la cara, pudimos coger algunos planos en que se ve claramente el perfil y sobre todo esos mofletes. Os dejo con algunas...y al final, una comparación entre Alejandro y Daniela con las mismas semanas de gestación. Qué opináis, se parecen?

ENG - Yesterday we had an 4D ultrasound done, just like with Daniela's pregnancy. I can really tell the difference between boys and girls. Girls seem to have softer features, while boys seem to be rougher.

Although most of the time Alejandro had his hands covering his face, at last we could snap a few shots and see his profile and chubby cheeks!

The last photo is a comparisson between Alejandro and Daniela in the same week of pregnancy. What do you think, do they look alike?

Semana 37 / Week 37

ESP - Ayer hicimos la que pensamos será nuestra última sesión de fotos embarazada! Parece mentira que ya casi estamos al final de este largo pero precioso recorrido...

Doy gracias porque he tenido un embarazo muy bueno, olvidando algún susto por el camino, pero la verdad es que me encuentro bastante bien! (seguro que me arrepiento de estas palabras en unos días...)

Os debo algunas fotitos de regalos que he recibido, y los últimos detalles de la habitación de la peque, que en breve compartiré.

ENG - Yesterday we did, what we think will be, our last pregnant photo shoot. I can't believe we are almost at the end of this long but beautiful path...

I give thanks because I had a very good pregnancy, besides some scares along the way, but I can now say that I feel pretty well (I'll probably regret these words in a few days...)

I owe you some photos of gifts that I received, and the last touches of the little one's room, but they will come.

Sesión de fotos embarazada / Pregnant Photoshoot

ESP - Como todos sabéis, mi marido es fotógrafo, por lo tanto no tenía excusas para no tener una sesión de fotos de embarazada. Me he decidido por hacerla en la semana 29 porque aún estoy decente...jeje...quién sabe cómo acabaré!
A mi lo de las fotos no se me da muy bien, pero al cabo de un rato se hace más fácil, y solo de pensar que esto será un bonito recuerdo para toda la vida, pues los nervios van desapareciendo. Hicimos algunas en blanco y negro, algunas con mi marido y algunas con ropa premamá.
Os dejo algunas de las que se pueden publicar ;) y un millón de gracias por tantos comentarios bonitos acerca de mi niña, de verdad que me dáis mucho ánimo y gracias a todo ese cariño este embarazo está siendo genial!

ENG - As you all know, my husband is a photographer, so I really had no excuse not to have a pregnant photoshoot. I decided to do it in the 29th week as I'm still decent...haha...who knows how I'll end up!
I'm not very good at photos, but as minutes pass by my nerves started to dissapear. And to think this would be a nice memory for a lifetime made it so much easier. We did some black & white, some with my husband and a few maternity outfits.
I leave you with a few that can be published ;) and a million of thanks to all the nice words I've received about my little girl, it's been a wonderful pregnancy so far!

Las primeras fotos de Daniela / Daniela's first photos

ESP - Como podéis intuir por el título, el post de hoy va de fotos. Pero en esta ocasión no son de mi marido, aunque estoy segura que ya tendrá ocasión de fotografiar a la pequeña Daniela...
Hoy quiero compartir con vosotros sus primeras fotitos, en 3D. Esto es algo que me apetecía mucho, y ahora que puedo volver a disfrutar del embarazo me decidí a hacerlo.
Os cuento mi experiencia por si alguna de vosotras está pensando en hacerlo, y desde ya os digo que lo recomiendo al 100%.
Lo primero que hice fue contactar con el centro de ecografías 4D (en mi caso fué Ecox4d) y ellos me recomendaron ir entre la semana 27 y 30, que es cuando se suele ver mejor la carita porque el bebé está bastante formadito, pero aún tiene espacio para moverse.
Ayer por la tarde (estando de 28 semanas), me dirigí al centro Ecox4d situado en Valencia y pasé un buen rato viendo a mi niña y su repertorio completo! Ya abre sus ojitos, bosteza, succiona pies, manos y cordón y hasta nos dedicó unas cuantas sonrisas. Fue una auténtica maravilla!
Al principio no quitaba el pie de la cara, pero me dieron un zumito y algo de chocolate (Mmmm), esperamos un tiempo, y luego continuamos. Y ahí si que la vimos super bien. Una de las cosas que más me gustó, es que me aseguraron que si no se dejaba ver lo podíamos repetir otro día hasta que se viera, pero por suerte lo conseguimos! 
Nos sorprendimos mucho porque enseguida le vimos el parecido, su naricita es igual a la mía, y tiene unos morritos super monos! También tiene bastantes mofletes. Que os voy a decir yo que soy su madre! Me parece preciosa!
Yo de verdad os lo recomiendo, y como os hablo de mi experiencia personal os puedo decir que en este sitio me trataron genial y se nota que las chicas que trabajan allí disfrutan al igual que nosotros de poder ver esas caritas.
Ahora tengo un CD con muchísimas fotos y un DVD con el video en 4D y una composición impresa de las mejores fotos. Y lo más curioso de todo es que también me dieron el audio de su latido, que según me comentó la chica es un sonido que suele tranquilizarles cuando son pequeñitos, porque les hace sentir más seguros. Ya lo probaré, y os diré si funciona.

ENG - As you can imagine from reading the title, today's post is about photos. But this time is not my husband's...although I'm sure he will take lots and lots...

Today I want to share Daniela's first 3D photos. This is something I really wanted to do, and now that I can enjoy again the pregnancy I decided to do it. This is my personal experience, and I recommend it 100%.

First thing I did was contact the 4D center, (in this case Ecox4d) and they recommended I went from week 27 to 30, because the baby's features are very similar to when they're born and still have room to move.

Yesterday afternoon (at 28 weeks) I went to the center in Valencia and spent a long time looking at my little baby girl and her little performance! She now opens her eyes, yawns, sucks on toes, hands and umbilicar cord, and even dedicated us with a few smiles! It was wonderful!
We were really surprised to find the similarities so soon, her nose is exactly like mine, and she has the cutest lips and cheeks! What do you want me to say, I'm her mother and I think she's beautiful!
So, I truly recommend this experience, and specially where I did it. The girls there were so nice to me and you can tell they really enjoy the experience as well.
At the end of the session I was given a CD with lots of photos, a DVD with the 4D session and some printed photos.
They also recorded the heartbeat, and told us that it's very relaxing for them to hear it when they're nervous. Decorando... / Decorating...

ESP - Buenos días! Ya casi puedo decir que no quedan cajas en casa, realmente este fin de semana hemos aprovechado para ordenar e incluso colgar algunos cuadritos, que en breve os iré enseñando.
La habitación de Daniela sigue sin progresos, estuve a punto de colgar el estante de Ikea que compré la semana pasada, pero creo que es demasiado grande, y por el momento no me decido. Intentaré buscar algo más pequeño que no quite protagonismo a la pared principal.
Al lado del armario (todavía sin montar) tengo un espacio que quiero reservar para el cochecito, y en la pared quiero hacer un pequeño mural de láminas coloridas. Os dejo mi inspiración. Me encantaría adquirir un Sarah & Bendrix original, pero creo que por el momento me conformaré con uno hecho por mí. De hecho ya tengo uno en mi habitación y no me ha quedado tan mal, ya os lo enseñaré. Visitad su página aquí!

ENG - Good Morning! I can almost say that there's not a box in my house (almost). We really made progress this weekend, and even hanged a few frames, that I will show you shortly.
Daniela's room is still the same, I was about to put a shelve I bought in Ikea, but now I think it's too big. I'll look for something smaller that doesn't ocupy  the majority of the wall.

Next to the closet (still not up) I want to save a space for the stroller, and in the wall create a little mural with some photo frames. This is mi inspiration.

I'd love to have an original Sarah & Bendrix, but as I can not afford it now, I will have to be happy with one made by me. In fact, I have one in my bedroom, and it didn't turn out that bad. I will post it soon. Go visit her page here!

Y seremos 4! And we'll be 4!

ESP - Quiero empezar el año con una noticia que desde hace un tiempo me hace muy muy muy feliz...si..si...si...estoy embarazada!! Así que mi familia de 3 (mi marido, Patrick y yo) pasaremos a ser una familia de 4! Estoy en la semana 16, y aunque todo va más que bíen, como comprenderéis aún estoy un poco nerviosa, y por eso no había dicho nada hasta ahora.
Pero poquito a poco comienzo a disfrutar de esta experiencia que sin duda será inolvidable y lo más bonito que me pase en la vida (sin olvidarme del día en que conocí a Javi, o cuando fuimos a recoger a Patrick, mi bebé canino).
Aún no siento las pataditas, ni sé si será niña o niño, pero desde luego el amor que le tengo no tiene palabras.
Si os parece, pongo una encuesta y a ver si acertamos el sexo! Ojalá en 2 semanas me lo puedan decir, y sino, en la semana 20.
Los nombres ya los tenemos elegidos, y también las ideas de decoración para la habitación, pero de momento os dejo con la intriga. Y ahora, os presento a mi baby.

ENG - I want to start this new year with some news that are making me very very very happy for the last couple of months...yes...yes...yes...I'm pregnant!
So my family of 3 (my husband, Patrick and I) we'll become a family of 4!
I'm 16 weeks now, and even though everything is perfect, as you may imagine, I'm still a bit nervous about the whole thing, and so I haven't said anything yet.
But now I'm starting to enjoy this unique experience, and I'm sure it will be one of the most amazing things that will happen to me! (but let's not forget the day I met Javi, or the day we went to pick up Patrick, my canine baby).
I don't feel any kicks yet, and I don't know if I'm gonna have a boy or a girl, but the love I feel right now is indescribable.
I'm going to put a poll in my right side bar, and you can vote for girl or boy! I hope to know it in 2 more weeks, or in week 20.
We have already picked the names and decoration ideas for the nursery room, but that will come in another post. So without further ado, I introduce to my baby.
