Daniela's Adventures: Matchpoint

ESP - En cuanto ví este vestido-polo en Zara Kids, sabía que me inspiraría para una foto! La verdad es que a Daniela no le gusta mucho ponerse este vestido, supongo que por el cuello alto al que no está acostumbrada, pero al menos tendremos un recuerdo de él.

Esta foto se la dedico a su papi, que adora sus clases de tennis, y aunque no avanza muchi ;) se lo pasa muy bien haciendo deporte. Supongo que en unos años esta imagen será una realidad, ya que tenemos intención de que practique algún deporte, por supuesto el que ella quiera! Feliz finde a todos!

ENG - As soon as I saw this dress at Zara Kids, I knew it'd inspire me to take a picture! Daniela actually hates wearing this dress, maybe because of the high neck she's not used to. But at least we have a photo of it.

This one is dedicated to her Daddy, who loves his tennis classes. And even though there's not much progress ;) he has a great time doing excercise. I guess in a couple of years this image will be a real one, as we hope she will practice sport, of course, one she likes! Have a great weekend!

Érase una vez... / Once Upon a Time

ESP - Comencemos la semana con un poco de fantasía...De pequeña me encantaban los cuentos de princesas y hadas, creo que cada niña lleva en su interior una princesita. Es por eso que esta temática es muy solicitada para cumpleaños infantiles. Me gustaría poder avanzar más en la sección de fiestas, pero ahora mismo estamos intentando disfrutar un poco del veranito y entre la niña y mil cosas más no tengo todo el tiempo que me gustaría. En breve os enseñaré una fiesta tematizada de hadas que es muy dulce!

ENG - Let's start the week with a bit of fantasy...As a child I used to love fairy tales, and I believe every girl has a little princess inside. That's why princess parties are one of the first choices for a theme party. I'd love to share more parties in my blog, but these days we're trying to enjoy the end of summer and with the girl and a lot of things we hardly have enough time.

Caperucita Roja / Little Red Riding Hood

ESP - Mi Caperucita es un tanto particular, y es que por el bien del diseño no le he puesto la capucha!! Pero lo que importa es el espíritu, no? Desde un principio me apetecía dibujar este escenario, quizás por este cumpleaños que ayudé a diseñar (aquí) o porque es uno de mis cuentos favoritos!

ENG - My Little Red Riding Hood is a bit particular...for design's sake I didn't draw a hood! But I think the spirit counts! From the beggining I wanted to draw this scene, maybe because of this birthday I helped design (here) or maybe because it's one of my favorite fairy tales! What about you?

Genia en la lámpara magica / Genie in a magic lamp

ESP - Hoy viajamos a un sitio lleno de magia y fantasía. Y es que cuando le puse por primera vez a Daniela este mono, me recordó a esos genios que salen de la lámpara para conceder deseos...y os aseguro que mi pequeña genia ya me ha concedido el mayor de todos!

ENG - Today we travel to a place full of magic and fantasy. The first time Daniela wore this outfit it reminded me of those genies that come out of magic lamps and grant you wishes...and I can assure you my litttle genie has granted me with the biggest wish of all!

Disfrutando el veranito! Enjoying Summertime!

ESP - Por fin estamos disfrutando de unos días de vacaciones, aunque sea en la piscina de casa!! Daniela me deja pegarme un bañito de vez en cuando, y eso se agradece. Ahora tenemos nueva crisis, podrían ser sus primeros dientes, aunque con 2 meses y medio lo veo un poco pronto, pero sin duda los síntomas parecen indicarlo.

Hoy os dejo con una foto/dibujo que será el primero de una serie que estamos preparando. En este caso no es solo hacerle la foto (que ya tiene su faena) sino también el trabajo de diseño. Espero que os guste!!

ENG - We're finally enjoying a bit of summertime, even though is at our home swimming pool. Daniela lets me go for a swim or two, and that's to be thankful. Now we have a new crisis, her first teeth may be coming out soon, although I think it's a bit too early for 2 months and a half, but all the simptoms are there.

Today I leave you with a photo/drawing that is the first of a series of sceneries. In this case is not only taking the right picture (which is difficult in itself) but also coming up with the drawing afterwards. We hope you like it!
