Detalles para los más pequeños / Favor gifts for the little ones

ESP - Los que me seguís en mi Instagram ya sabéis que este finde estuve preparando la papelería del bautizo de Alejandro. Queda solo una semana, y había que aprovechar el tiempo!! El sábado os dejaba con una fotito de los toppers pequeños que acompañarán algunos de los detallitos, en concreto el que daremos a los invitados más pequeños. Una idea sencilla pero que me parece ideal dada la temática de la fiesta. Una nube (un poco más pequeña que las de la mesa principal) personalizada con el nombre de Alejandro y dos mini gotas en distintos tonos de celeste/turquesa.
Las puse en unas bolsitas alargadas para galletas (de esta manera no se puede mover/mezclar) y les até los mini toppers de "Gracias por venir" con baker's twine celeste/blanco que ya había comprado hace tiempo en una de mis tiendas favoritas de Etsy. 
Como podéis ver en la foto, el cortante de galleta nube no es exactamente como lo quería, así que le corté con un cuchillo la base a cada galleta y fondant. Las de la mesa principal, las hice a mano... menuda faena!
Esta semana iré liadísima...pero intentaré adelantar algún que otro detallito de la fiesta, incluído un cambio de vestuario de último momento. Aquí en Valencia ya se empieza a notar el buen tiempo, típico de Fallas!!! Buen comienzo de semana!!!

ENG - Those who follow my Instagram already know that this weekend I was cutting and punching all stationary for Alejandro's baptism party. Only a week left, so I have to hurry and use my time wisely! On Saturday I posted a photo of the mini toppers that will decorate the little one's favour gifts. I think it's a simple but cute idea for this party theme. A cookie cloud (a little smaller than the ones that will be presented in the table) customized with Alejandro's name and two small drops in different shades of light blue/teal.

I put them in long clear bags (this way they won't move/mix) and put some white/blue baker's twine to attach the mini topper.
As you can see in the photo, the cookie cutter wasn't the one I wanted, so I trimmed the bottom edge, as opposed to the ones in the main table, that were all hand cutted (so much work).
This week I will be super busy, but I will try to show you a little more about the party, including a last minute wardrobe change.
Here in Valencia we are already noticing the weather change..so typical of Fallas. Have a lovely week!

¿Es un pájaro? ¿Es un avión.? No, son SuperDaniela y SuperAlejandro!!!

ESP - Por fin os puedo enseñar los disfraces de Carnaval!! Nos ha costado un poco ir hasta el estudio a hacer las fotos, pero creo que ha valido la pena!!

Mis superhéroes están vestidos con cosas que tenía por casa, así que lo tenéis muy fácil para hacer estos disfraces de última hora.

Para el disfraz de Clark Kent/Superman necesitaréis:

- Un body o camiseta con el logo de Superman (en mi caso, lo recorté de otra camiseta blanca y lo pegué a su body celeste. En azul sería lo ideal, pero como ya os he dicho, utilicé lo que tenía en casa).

- Camisa blanca y pantalón 

- Capa roja (yo reutilicé la de Caperucita, quitándole la capucha y cosiéndola al body para más comodidad).

- Gafas de pasta (Para mí esto ha sido lo más complicado. Se las quitaba constantemente, y es que a los bebés no les gusta tener cosas en la cara. Otra opción es ponerle unas gafas hechas con fieltro, más blanditas... pero se las quitará igualmente). 

Para el disfraz de Superheroína necesitaréis:

- 1 camiseta o body a rayas o topos o algún motivo divertido. Este es de H&M y ya tenía el corazón rosa. Le cosemos la inicial del niño en tela o fieltro.

- Medias o leggings y calcetines de colores

- Fieltro o tela para la capa y un lazo para atarla (en mi caso utilicé una camiseta vieja que me venía bien por color).

- Máscara de fieltro (hay miles de plantillas en Internet). Imprimimos la plantilla en papel, la probamos sobre la cara del niño, y procedemos a recortar el fieltro. Como el que tenía en color rosa era muy fino, lo cosí a uno negro, y aproveché para hacerle una banda para sujetarlo, con un poco de elástico en la parte de atrás. Con unos lazos también queda bien! ENG - I can finally show you our Carnival costumes!! It took us a little effort to go to the studio and have the photos tajen, but I think it was worth it!!

My superheroes are dressed up with all things I had at home, so you can also make these super easy last minute costumes.

For the Clark Kent / Superman costume you'll need:
- A blue onesie or t-shirt with Superman logo on it (or like I did, just cut one from another colour t-shirt and stitch it to the blue one).
- White shirt and pants

- Red cape (I re-used Daniela's Red Riding Hood cape, minus the hood)
- Black reading glasses (For me, this was the most difficult thing, because babies hate to have things on their faces, so I had to constantly rearrange them in between photos)

For the SuperGirl costume you will need:
- 1 onesie or t-shirt with stripes or dots or any fun pattern. Mine is from H&M and it already had the pink heart in it. I stitched the D letter. You can use fabric or felt to do it.
- Tights or leggings and colourful socks

- Felt or fabric for the cape (I used a hot pink t-shirt that I wasn't going to use anymore) and sew some ribbon to it.
- Felt mask (there's lots of templates in Internet). Download and print template, try it on the kids face and then cut the felt. Use ribbons or elastic to keep in place.

In my mind... En mi mente

ESP - Aunque tengo una idea bastante clara de como quiero la mesa dulce del bautizo... no está de más ponerla en papel y ver a simple vista si funciona. Es algo rápido y muy  básico que os puede ahorrar mucho tiempo a la hora de montar la mesa el día del evento (aunque yo suelo hacer una prueba días antes con platos, manteles, cake stands, etc.) 
A una semana de la fiesta, estamos en etapa de imprimir la papelería, recortar y montar la decoración. 
Normalmente os suelo mostrar el resultado final días después de la fiesta...pero esta vez me apetecía compartir algunos detalles "behind the scenes".
Mañana os mostraré fotitos de los disfraces de Daniela y Alejandro!
