Ya llegaron! They arrived!

Buenas noticias! Ya llegaron mis pajitas blancas y rojas y los vasos ABC que encargué en Papermash!
Que os parecen? A qué son preciosos?? Por supuesto no pude evitar hacerles algunas fotitos!
Great news! The red and white striped paper straws and ABC paper cups I ordered from Papermash are already here!

ESP - Cada vez me faltan menos cosas para el picnic, y os traigo algunas novedades. Hace unos días me enteré de un concurso de mesas dulces (para más info visitad el Blog de Nice Party) y he decidido participar.

Esto significa que la mesa principal será solo de dulces (ya tengo pensado algunas cositas a añadir en el menú) y por supuesto habrá otra mesa para salados.

Este es el resumen de las compras de esta semana:

- cuchillos bamboo (solo había encontrado cucharas y tenedores)
- cojines en patchwork rosa para los bancos del picnic
- 2 bandejas blancas para servir dulces
- bote de vidrio para servir gominolas

ENG - Each day I have something else for the picnic and today I come with big news. A few days ago I heard of this Sweet Table competition in Europe (for more info visit Nice Party Blog) and I've decided to participate.

So this means that my main table at the picnic will be sweet (already thinking of a few things to add to the menu) and of course there'll be another one with savories.

This week's list of  purchased items:

- bamboo knives (I had only found spoons and forks)

- pink patchwork cushions to place at picnic benches

- 2 white trays to serve sweets

- glass jar to fill with pink jelly beans

Picnic en progreso / Picnic progress

ESP - Estas son algunas de las cositas que he comprado. Solo me faltó hacer la foto de la fuente para la torta que la conseguí en Zara Home, y la estrenaré el fin de semana que viene cuando pruebe la receta de la Tarta de Naranja con semillas de amapola. Este finde hice una tarta de banana, que quedó buenísima! y unos cuantos cupcakes!

ENG - These are a few things I bought during the past week. The only thing I didn't take a photo of is the cake stand, which I found at Zara Home and it's gorgeous, but I plan to use and photograph next weekend when I will bake and Orange and poppy seed cake, probably the one for the picnic.

This weekend I baked a banana cake and some cupcakes. They were delicious!
